Cultural and sportive activities
Following the implementation of EI - NOT Project, the sportive and cultural activities were organised, as planned, in Elbasan ("Ptoleme Xhuvani" and "De Rada" schools, on Monday, 22 October, in Korca (Liqenas and (Gorica schools), Tuesday, 23 October and in Tirana (Bathore 1 and Bathore 2 schools), on Wednesday, 24 October.
More than 225 pupils, including all of those selected to work in the framework of the project took part in more than 10 sportive and cultural disciplines, including football, volley-ball, athletic, popular games, singing, dancing, recitation, painting and so on.
All the 50 teachers engaged in the project implementation were the organisers of these activities, supported by the principles of the schools, representatives of the Educational Directorates and leaders of both our trade unions, FSASH and SPASH, the Chairman and General Secretary of SPASH, Bajram Kruja and Defrim Spahiu, (Dobrushi was on a service in Brussels).
Activities were organised in the form of competitions between the two schools of each district. Special commissions followed by near the results and identified the winners, who were announced during the cocktails organised by the end of all the activities, giving them a cup for the best school in every district and many diplomas for teams and pupils who were the winners.
.
Special packages composed of 4 different kinds of balls, toils for volley-ball, chess and so on were given as gifts to every school participating in the activities
It was really impressive when we saw the participation of some pupils, who had left the school and turned back after the work done in the framework of the project, as Daniela Lusnjari, who was proclaimed the best dancer among all the pupils.

"Ptoleme Xhuvani" school in Elbasan, Liqenasi school in Korca and Bathore 1 school in Tirana were proclaimed the winners considering the results of all the activities. Many pupils got diplomas for the their results, as: Esmeralda Peqini, Gani Metani, Hyqmet Cerriku, Lediana Peqini, Silvana Hysa, Blerim Sefa, Medina Cera, Elona Sokoli, were some of the most distinguished pupils in all the activities.
It was important that the organisation of these activities was taken very seriously by the teachers engaged and these activities were an example also for the administrations of the schools and educational directorates of these districts, also by the fact that many participants said that it is the first time that such an activities are organised in these schools.
Of course all of these activities will be taken into consideration in the Round Table, which is going to be organised in December, with participation of teachers and pupils involved in project implementation activities.
